Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs processing, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Every order is delivered 100% FREE delivery cost to your home. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
